On request, tectraxx will also check the software of technical equipment – either upon installation of new equipment or within the context of a repair job. The serial numbers recorded in the tectraxx IT system define manufacturers and test procedures for each individual piece of equipment. If a piece of equipment is no longer working properly, we either take it to the tectraxx service centre or return it to the manufacturer for repair. At the tectraxx service centre software updates as well as hardware repairs can be carried out. When a product has been sent to an external repair facility, we will check that it is in proper working order when returning it. Our staff has been thoroughly trained for this work.
