The tectraxx Repair Center accepts all makes of domestic electronic equipment with the exception of mobile phones. You can find information about our hourly rates here.
You can deliver your equipment to us in person, send it by post or by courier service (see address below), or have it collected by us. If you plan to send it to the tectraxx Repair Center, we would ask you to complete the repair docket and (if appropriate) the radio code request form.
You can collect your repaired item during our opening hours (see below). If you would like us to return your item by post, please make sure we have your address. Please note also the scale of despatch costs applying to this service.
